Job Description
- Skills: Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, Audit Preparation, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Account Reconciliation, GAAP Knowledge, ERP Systems, We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations of our home appliances dealership. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working closely with management to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient financial management of the dealership. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Oversee daily transactions, including invoicing, inventory reconciliation, and bank reconciliations. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement. Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity. Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and support decision-making. Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations that may impact the business.,
