Job Description

This Job include day to day accounting to upto finalization of account.

• Generate invoices
• Payment follows ups
• Day to Day Accounting [ including invoicing , payment , received , banks entry]
• Vendors payments
• Received Payment deposited into bank
• Proper filing of all expenses and invoice bank files
• GST calculation and prepare sheet
• TDS payment and filling
• Professional Tax payment and maintain records
• Maintenance Customer T&C files / Agreement
• Printout of Agreement copy and send to client as well as follow with client for singed copy
• Supervision on housekeeping of all three branch
• Purchase necessary items for all branches
• Data base Management in our Software
• Maintain all courier records
• Part Time / fexi hours candidates can also Apply
