Job Description: We seek a skilled and compassionate Dental Doctor specializing in Pedodontistry and Endodontistry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in performing endodontic treatments. You will be crucial in delivering comprehensive dental care, educating patients and their families, and contributing to a positive dental experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality dental care to pediatric patients, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans. - Perform endodontic procedures, including root canal treatments, on both pediatric and adult patients. - Develop and implement preventive dental care programs for children and their families. - Educate patients and guardians on oral health practices and the importance of regular dental visits. - Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members to ensure a smooth patient experience. - Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry and endodontics through continuous education and training. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S) or Master of Dental Surgery (M.D.S) from an accredited dental school. - Specialty training in Pedodontistry and Endodontistry. - Valid dental license to practice in Tamil Nadu. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient care and comfort. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Experience with pediatric patients and a gentle approach to dental care.
