Job Description
- JD - Digital Delivery Lead Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Programming, Production, or a related field 3+ years operations experience ideally in two or more functions (production, quality, maintenance, logistics, etc.) Expert in process digitization / optimization Strong understanding of business partnering, technology systems, processes, and digital product development Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong desire to work in cross-functional teams Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with project management and business analysis; primary lead on business case development for digital opportunities within scope of responsibility Responsibilities Tech Translation Translates complex technical concepts and solutions related to digital products into business language that non-technical stakeholders can understand Conveys business requirements related to digital core and digital products to DD&T talent supporting strategic planning process Process digitization delivery Articulates process digitization proposition to business stakeholders, & conducts diagnostics to identify use case opportunities Scouts and delivers suitable solutions and services to the business Provides support for key users within organization Leads service portfolio and service delivery management Strategy & prioritization Leads communication of use case benefits and expected impact with executives; acts as bridge between management & technology specialists; shares insights with business stakeholders Support design decisions by taking relevant inputs from business and defining clear requirements for DD&T teams; supports DD&T teams to validate assumptions Supports the elaboration of the business case for solution Ensures focus lies on highest impact issues and the prioritization of use cases based on value at stake Work closely and align with the OpU digital Delivery Lead Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
