Arknine Technologies Pvt Ltd is a leading fabric trading and IT solutions company, dealing with domestic and international markets. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to assist in various HR functions, providing hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Help in onboarding new employees and documentation.
Employee Engagement & Welfare:
Organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
Support HR in resolving employee concerns and queries.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation.
Support payroll processing and leave management.
Learning & Development:
Assist in planning and organizing training programs.
Coordinate with trainers and employees for learning sessions.
Other HR Tasks:
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
Work on HR projects and process improvements.
Pursuing or completed MBA/BBA in HR or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Passion for HR and eagerness to learn.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience in HR functions.
Internship certificate upon completion.
