Job Description

Position : Business Outreach Specialist Location: Pune  Work Mode: WFO Job Type: Permanent Experience: 6 Months - 1 Years into telecaller Notice Period: Immediate Joiner  

Job Overview: We are looking for empathetic and proactive Telecallers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their concerns, and scheduling appointments with qualified psychiatrists or counsellors. Your role will directly contribute to enhancing the mental well-being of individuals.




Key Responsibilities: 

• Make 50-70 outbound calls per day to prospective clients (Data will be provided). 

• Initiate conversations with empathy and patience to understand the mental health concerns of clients. 

• Educate clients about our mental health services and offer suitable solutions. 

• Schedule appointments between clients and psychiatrists/counsellors. 

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using our CRM system. 

• Achieve a monthly target of closing Minimum 50 appointments.
