Job Description
- Overview This role acts as a bridge between a Senior .Net Developer and a Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will take ownership of project delivery, leading a team of more than three resources, and driving technical solutions to completion. The person will actively contribute to development, resolve technical blockers, and ensure smooth project execution. The goal is to have more Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) to handle multiple requirements effectively. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Focus Manage project delivery using technical expertise. Optimize resource utilization and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery. Operational Management Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear development objectives. Work with development team members to meet delivery timelines. Provide technical guidance and solutions to team members. Coordinate with Technical Architects (TA), Technical Business Analysts (TBA), Service Delivery Managers (SDM), and the Testing team to resolve project issues. Maintain code quality and reusability following company standards. Drive process improvements to deliver bug-free products. Promote continuous learning of the latest technologies and keep the team engaged. People Leadership Lead a project team to ensure successful delivery. Keep team members motivated and aligned with project goals. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. Governance & Risk Ensure coding standards are met and comply with Infosec principles. Experience & Skills Required 6+ years of experience in Software Development Expertise in front-end, middleware, and backend technologies such as .Net, Java, Python, MS SQL, Oracle Proficiency in the Microsoft .Net development stack Strong knowledge of C# and .Net Core Experience in designing and developing web applications Familiarity with Automated Unit Testing and mocking frameworks Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Must have experience in REST API development Knowledge of Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code IDE Familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus Strong understanding of design patterns and agile/scrum environments Ability to solve complex problems and deliver quick solutions Experience working with product managers, developers, and release managers in an agile environment Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Self-motivated and a team player,
