Job Description
- Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications using various Content Management Systems (CMS). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to deliver customized solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain websites using popular CMS platforms such as WordPress, Craft CMS, ExpressionEngine, Statamic, or others. Customize CMS themes, templates, and plugins/extensions to align with project requirements. Build custom modules, plugins, and integrations to extend CMS functionality. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility. Troubleshoot and debug CMS-related issues and ensure smooth functionality. Integrate third-party tools and APIs into CMS platforms. Stay updated on the latest CMS technologies, trends, and best practices. Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and codebases. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CMS Developer or similar role. Proficiency in at least one CMS platform (e.g., WordPress, Craft CMS, Statamic, ExpressionEngine). Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. Experience with PHP and/or other backend programming languages. Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of web standards, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with headless CMS platforms and APIs. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Craft Commerce, WooCommerce, or Shopify. Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular). Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms and deployment processes. Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.,
