We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Cabin Crew Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering both online and offline training sessions, developing learning aids, preparing training videos, and ensuring students are well-equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their cabin crew careers. This role will involve both academic and administrative responsibilities, as well as contributing to content creation and marketing efforts. Training Responsibilities Conducting Online & Offline Training: Deliver scheduled training sessions in accordance with training department guidelines. Ensure both in-person and online sessions are engaging, informative, and interactive. Module Training: Train students on specific modules aligned with your area of expertise (e.g., safety procedures, customer service, in-flight protocols). Ensure content is up-to-date and relevant to the students" learning needs and industry standards. Learning Aid Creation: Develop and implement visual and written aids (e.g., videos, images, PowerPoint presentations) to enhance learning experiences. Utilize these materials effectively in both online and offline training environments to promote comprehension and engagement. Prepare Training Videos: Create high-quality instructional videos for the Atenas Fraternity application to supplement students" learning experiences. Ensure videos are clear, concise, and easy for students to follow. Module Preparation & Revision: Regularly review and update training modules to meet the latest management and industry standards. Propose new developments or trends to be integrated into training modules to keep content relevant. Project Assignment and Grading: Design and assign projects to students in diverse formats (e.g., practical exercises, assignments, group work). Assess and grade student performance based on clearly defined criteria. Administrative Responsibilities Academic Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student progress reports. Ensure timely submission of progress reports as per departmental expectations. Parents-Teachers Meetings: Organize and host meetings with parents to discuss student progress, concerns, and achievements. Foster positive communication between students, parents, and the institute. Reports & Documentation: Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner. Ensure all documentation is accurate, well-organized, and up-to-date. Additional Tasks: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management, including assisting in other areas of the training department. Content Creation and Marketing Assisting with Marketing Content: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional content. Involve students in content creation activities to ensure interactive and authentic promotional material. Ensure all content aligns with the institutes branding and messaging. Generating Positive Testimonials and Reviews: Encourage students to share testimonials based on their experiences with the training program. Manage and facilitate the collection of online reviews, particularly on platforms such as Google and social media, to build and enhance the institutes reputation. Ensure all testimonials are authentic and reflective of the institutes core values. Student Visits and Industrial Training Accompanying Students on Industrial Visits: Guide students during industrial visits, ensuring they gain valuable learning experiences. Foster a professional, positive environment where students can network and learn, ensuring they represent the institute well during these visits. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a cabin crew member or in a training role within the aviation industry. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials (videos, presentations, written content). Familiarity with both in-person and online training platforms and tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their learning goals. Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.,
