Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sitecore Certified AMS - Sitecore Consultant with 10 years of experience to provide expert-level support, consultancy, and solutions for Sitecore-based digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Sitecore CMS, Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), personalization, and multichannel content management. This role requires a strong ability to manage complex Sitecore environments, integrate with third-party systems, and drive digital transformation initiatives through advanced Sitecore solutions. Key Responsibilities Sitecore Support and Application Management Provide L2/L3 support for Sitecore CMS, ensuring seamless operation of digital marketing and content management systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sitecore performance, integrations, and content delivery to maintain high availability and functionality. Monitor Sitecore platforms for optimal performance, including content delivery, personalization rules, and multichannel content distribution. Ensure the consistent operation of Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) and Sitecore Experience Manager (XM) by addressing system alerts, performance issues, and scalability challenges. Sitecore Configuration and Customization Lead the configuration and customization of Sitecore solutions, tailoring the platform to meet business requirements and enhance user engagement. Customize Sitecore modules, templates, workflows, and content items to ensure a highly functional and flexible CMS solution. Implement personalization strategies using Sitecores Experience Database (xDB) and Experience Profile to provide highly personalized user experiences. Design and implement advanced Sitecore workflows and content management processes, ensuring ease of use and scalability. Sitecore Integration and Development Lead the integration of Sitecore with other enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms, to enhance customer experience and streamline business processes. Develop custom Sitecore solutions and features through the Sitecore API, including site templates, components, and modules. Utilize Sitecore Marketing Automation and Personalization capabilities to implement data-driven marketing strategies and optimize content delivery. Integrate third-party tools and platforms such as Analytics, Social Media, and SEO tools to provide a comprehensive digital experience. Digital Strategy and Leadership Act as the primary consultant for business stakeholders to help define and implement the digital strategy leveraging Sitecore for optimal user engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, development) to design content strategies, digital campaigns, and multichannel strategies using Sitecore. Provide strategic guidance on best practices for content management, customer journey mapping, and site architecture in Sitecore. Lead the development and implementation of Sitecore-driven digital transformation initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals. Performance Tuning and Optimization Perform Sitecore performance tuning and optimization to ensure a fast, responsive, and highly available platform for content delivery. Implement caching strategies, load balancing, and content delivery network (CDN) optimization to improve site performance and user experience. Conduct regular health checks, site audits, and stress tests to proactively identify areas for improvement. Training and Mentorship Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users, content authors, and internal teams to ensure the effective use of Sitecore CMS and related tools. Mentor junior team members and share expertise on best practices in Sitecore development, content management, and digital marketing strategies. Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and tutorials to ensure that stakeholders can maximize Sitecores capabilities. Compliance, Security, and Governance Ensure that Sitecore systems are compliant with relevant data protection laws and industry regulations, such as GDPR and SOX. Oversee security best practices for Sitecore implementations, including user access control, data protection, and secure coding practices. Maintain audit logs and data governance strategies to ensure that content management and personalization adhere to organizational and legal requirements. Reporting and Analytics Leverage Sitecore Analytics to track content performance, user interactions, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for business stakeholders. Develop and implement reporting dashboards to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Use A/B testing and multivariate testing within Sitecore to optimize digital content and improve user engagement. Qualifications & Skills Sitecore Certification (e.g., Sitecore Certified Developer, Sitecore Certified Experience Solution or equivalent). 10 years of experience in Sitecore solutions, with a strong focus on Sitecore CMS, Sitecore XP, Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC), and Sitecore Personalization. Strong knowledge of Sitecore Helix Architecture, Sitecore XP/XM, Sitecore xDB, and Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA). Proven expertise in Sitecore development, customization, and integration with external systems (CRM, ERP, etc.). Experience with Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore Marketing Automation, and Sitecore Commerce. Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Deep understanding of multichannel content delivery, personalization strategies, and SEO best practices within Sitecore. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Sitecore environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Preferred Experience Experience in Sitecore Commerce implementations and Sitecore analytics integration. Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms for hosting Sitecore environments. Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) for Sitecore applications. Experience with Agile project methodologies and managing Sitecore projects in an Agile environment.,
