Job Responsibilities & Key Skills:
Strong soft skills and communication skills of English & Regional language (Kannada,Hindi)
Interact with customers to solve issues and questions about products, services, and policies.
Basic understanding of office and computer systems/software & Knowledge of mail drafting.
Must have good organizational and multitasking skills & Maintain a positive and friendly tone with customers at all time.
At least 1 Year Experience in Customer Support.
Qualification Graduate
