Job Description
- Role and Responsibilities: The job holder is responsible for: Leading & Project Management Leading an engineering team, managing projects, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and reliability. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth. Oversee and manage process engineering activities related to dehydration, fuel gas skids, and TEG regeneration packages. Ensure efficient resource allocation for multiple projects while meeting timelines and budget constraints. Act as the primary technical authority for process engineering matters, providing strategic direction and technical expertise. Drive process improvement initiatives, working cross-functionally to enhance system performance, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency Process Design & Engineering Supervise the development and execution of process studies, simulations, and engineering calculations to optimize system performance. Oversee the preparation and review of PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), and DPDTs (Design Pressure & Temperature Diagrams) Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements. Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance the design and operation of process systems. Process Optimization & Troubleshooting Analyse operational data, trends, and process performance to identify improvement opportunities. Lead troubleshooting efforts for process-related issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Documentation & Reporting Ensure accurate documentation of process engineering designs, studies, and system modifications. Prepare and present detailed technical reports, risk assessments, and operational performance reviews to senior leadership and stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date process engineering standards and guidelines. Staff Responsibilities: Supervision of the engineering team in Hyderabad (India) Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment by abiding by: WGMES Health, Safety & Environment Policy and Client HSE Policy Reporting all Accidents/ Incidents and Unsafe Acts/ Conditions in a timely manner.,
