- Description .Net Lead Requirements "Experience: 8+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in C#.Net 6 and above and SQL. Proven ability to lead teams, drive the technical direction, and solve complex engineering problems. Must Have: Strong proficiency in C#.Net 6 and above, experience working with SQL databases for performance optimization and query design. Ability to deliver high-quality, scalable applications. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Angular, CICD practices, and Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure). Experience with cloud deployments and integration will be advantageous." Job responsibilities "Develop applications and mentor a team of engineers, setting the technical vision, direction, and architecture for projects. Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#.Net 6 and above, ensuring robust and high-performance back-end services. Oversee database design and optimization using SQL to ensure efficient data management, query execution, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Angular front-end technologies with back-end services and ensure a seamless user experience. Drive CICD pipeline implementation to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring smooth and efficient software delivery. Work on cloud-based solutions and help design cloud-native applications with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure. Continuously improve engineering processes and implement best practices for code quality, scalability, and performance optimization. Identify and address technical risks, ensuring timely resolution of any bottlenecks or challenges. Regularly review and optimize the performance of the applications and databases to ensure the best possible end-user experience.
