- Job Title: Solution Architect Engineer Location: Gurgaon (Onsite) Experience: 6+ Years of Experience Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect Engineer to design, implement, and optimize a custom software solution using React Native. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in mobile application development, Professional Services Automation (PSA), and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Analyze business requirements to design comprehensive React Native-based solutions. Create technical and functional designs that align with industry best practices and business objectives. Ensure integration of the custom mobile application with backend systems and APIs. Implementation and Optimization: Lead the development and customization of mobile applications using React Native. Optimize application performance for cross-platform compatibility (iOS and Android). Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and resolve issues. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise. Deliver presentations and documentation to communicate architectural solutions and project status. Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in implementing best practices and adhering to architectural standards. Stay updated on advancements in React Native and related technologies, recommending enhancements. Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, including design blueprints and integration workflows. Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams. Qualifications: React Native Expertise: Extensive experience in developing and deploying mobile applications using React Native. Proficiency in integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. Understanding of mobile application lifecycle and deployment processes for both iOS and Android. Custom Software Development Knowledge: Experience with PSA and/or ERP systems. Deep understanding of financial processes, resource planning, and project management principles Technical Proficiency: Strong background in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native ecosystem. Familiarity with tools like Redux, Firebase, and GraphQL. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes in industries such as professional services, IT consulting, or financial services. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data migration and integration projects. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Experience with advanced analytics and reporting tools. Certifications in relevant technologies such as React Native or cloud platforms.,
