- Job Description : ERP Support Executive Job Description We are looking to hire an ERP Support Executive for ERP product implementation. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers by acting as the primary point of contact and communicate with customers primarily through email, chat, and phone to manage customer queries for ERP implementation. We are seeking an exceptional ERP Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional who can seamlessly navigate complex ERP systems and provide comprehensive on-site support to our clients across India. As an ERP Support Executive, you will be tasked with traveling to client locations nationwide, often for extended periods, to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of ERP solutions. Your dedication to delivering outstanding service and problem-solving skills will be crucial in this role. Once your mission is accomplished, you will return to our Head Office in Gujarat to collaborate with our team, ensuring a smooth transition and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities : Understanding business process & software which is going to be implemented. Handle incoming requests from the customers by email and phone. Able to give effective demonstration and training of product . Communicate effectively and professionally. Efficiently gather complete information to access and fulfill customer needs. Should have basic computer knowledge. Requirements : A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Should have minimum 2 yeas of experience in any of the ERP Support role Should have the ability to communicate and work as a team player. Willing to travel for work. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple client queries and be able to adapt to changing priorities. Communicating effectively with team members and clients. Collaborating with business owners to capture business requirements (remote and in-person). Driving quality, testing, and delivery methodology process to ensure a successful transition and client satisfaction.
