Position Overview: As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our events and services. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute campaigns, analyze market trends, and engage with clients across various channels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, innovative thinker with a passion for event marketing and a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote events, services, and brand awareness across various channels (digital, print, social media, email). Event Promotion: Create promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements, to support event marketing efforts. Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to help refine marketing strategies. Brand Positioning: Ensure the companys brand is consistently represented across all marketing channels and materials. Client Engagement: Assist in client communication through email newsletters, post-event feedback surveys, and other relevant touchpoints to strengthen client relationships. Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements. Collaboration: Work closely with the event planning team to align marketing strategies with event objectives and client goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media trends, and email marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and attention to detail with a passion for storytelling and branding. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
