Evoke HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT & Non-IT recruitment services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.
• Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to close business deals successfully.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  
  

  Key Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Recruitment or Staffing Industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT recruitment processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
