About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Analyst Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced business analysts to assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. You will get hands-on experience in translating business needs into technical solutions while working with cross-functional teams to support project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Assist in gathering business requirements through meetings, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders. Help create and maintain business documentation, including business requirements documents , user stories, and use cases. Collaborate with team members to evaluate business problems and suggest appropriate solutions. Support the documentation of technical specifications based on business requirements. Help coordinate communication between project managers, developers, and stakeholders. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in training users on new systems and processes. Contribute to identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance business performance. Assist in preparing reports and presentations to share project progress and findings with stakeholders. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT related field. A keen interest in business analysis and IT systems. Familiarity with basic business analysis techniques and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of tools such as MS Excel, Visio, or other project management tools is a plus. Willingness to learn and develop analytical skills in a real-world business environment.
