Our Technology Stack Backend: Golang Database: MongoDB Web Platform: Next.js + TypeScript Mobile Development: React Native + TypeScript Cloud Infrastructure: AWS/GCP Development Methodology: Agile/Scrum Platform Scope Our comprehensive platform includes: Financial management and accounting systems Advanced procurement and supply chain management Inventory and warehouse management Integrated business intelligence and reporting Mobile-first applications Customer relationship management AI-powered analytics and insights Blockchain-enabled security and transparency Key Responsibilities ------------------------------------------------------------------ Requirements Analysis and Documentation Transform complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications Create detailed functional specifications and user stories Develop comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance criteria Maintain thorough documentation of business processes and system requirements Technical Collaboration Work with Golang backend team on API design and data modeling Guide TypeScript implementation across web and mobile platforms Collaborate with UI/UX designers on user experience optimization Ensure cloud architecture aligns with business requirements Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical and business teams Business Process Optimization Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities Recommend solutions leveraging emerging technologies Conduct market research and competitive analysis Support data migration and system integration planning Required Skills and Experience ------------------------------------------------------------------ Technical Expertise Strong understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript development Knowledge of React and React Native development patterns Experience with RESTful API design and GraphQL Familiarity with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB Understanding of cloud infrastructure and microservices Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of testing methodologies and QA processes Business Domain Knowledge Comprehensive understanding of ERP modules and their interconnections Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial processes Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management Understanding of inventory and warehouse operations Experience with business intelligence and reporting systems Core Competencies Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS development Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellence in requirements gathering and documentation Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of successful collaboration with development teams Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration or related field Professional certifications (CBAP, PMP, or similar) Experience with AI and blockchain technologies Knowledge of the SME sector in India and SAARC countries Previous involvement in successful ERP implementation projects Experience with data migration and system integration What We Offer Opportunity to impact millions of businesses through digital transformation Work with cutting-edge technologies and shape product direction Competitive compensation package including equity Comprehensive health benefits Flexible work arrangements Professional development and learning opportunities Collaborative environment focused on innovation Impact and Growth This role offers the unique opportunity to be part of a transformation that will empower millions of businesses across South Asia.
