What Youll Do: Go-to-Market Strategy Design and execute GTM strategies: outbound-led, inbound-led, community-led, content-led, and event-led Use frameworks like AIDA, BANT, and MEDPICC to optimize sales pipelines Lead Funnel & Lead Nurturing Build and manage the full lead funnelfrom cold outreach to warm nurturing Set up lead scoring systems, lifecycle stages, and nurturing workflows Personalize outreach to move leads across the funnel efficiently Outbound Sales Build multi-channel outbound engines Create email cadences and outbound playbooks, and automate prospecting workflows AI & Tech in Sales Apply AI-powered segmentation and automation tools Build a personal tech stack for sales efficiency Marketing-Led Growth Collaborate with marketing to support organic growth and PLG initiatives Contribute across the entire acquisition funnelawareness to action Performance Analysis Monitor KPIs, track performance, and optimize campaigns using insights What Were Looking For: 4+ YoE with a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Prior experience in sales strategy, GTM, or biz dev roles Solid grasp of startup ecosystems, sales frameworks, and business metrics Hands-on with AI tools and tech-driven sales processes Great communicator, collaborative, and analytical Benefits: Amazing workplace and colleagues in the IT corridor of Mohali Chance to work at the founder's office Competitive salary with the best in the industry.
