- Job Description: The Infosys Quality Team is a critical partner of all the business units and business enabling functions in achieving excellence in its business delivery and client experience We are the change agents that set benchmarking practices share them across projects units arrive at new models of excellence and institutionalize them across Key Responsibilities: Enabling effective Program Management including Developing Program Plans Governance Communication Derisking and Dependency Management From a Quality perspective Drive Cost Optimization using Lean intervention and Opportunity Identification aligned to the defined goals in the allocated programs Facilitate design of solution and ensure identified opportunities are realized Improve Project financial health by analyzing Project Financials metrics and drive improvements to influence project cost Conduct project Audits based on frameworks standard such as CMMi ISO Validate adherence to Information Security Management systems ISMS Privacy Information Management System PIMS GDPR requirements etc Analyze relevant data and drive inferences and develop improvement plans for execution Technical Requirements: Program Management Project management competencies Strong Knowledge of Lean techniques and interventions Understand Project financial metrics and associated analytics Understanding of Software development Processes and Metrics Experience in Agile Project execution and understanding of Agile metrics Knowledge of CMMI ISO Proficient in Data Preparation Analysis data visualization tools like Excel Power BI basic understanding of predictive models Basic understanding of Information Security Management systems ISMS Privacy Information Management System PIMS GDPR requirements Exposure to various Software project execution tools including AI tool landscape Preferred Skills: Foundational->Quality models/improvement frameworks->CMMi for Development->CMMI Process Area wise process definitions,
