Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Kochi. The Presales Executive will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, developing and communicating technical sales presentations, responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), and engaging in customer service activities. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team to provide tailored cyber security solutions to meet customer requirements and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Qualifications Lead Generation and Sales skills Excellent Communication skills and ability to deliver technical presentations Experience in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) Customer Service skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Knowledge of cyber security solutions is a plus Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field,
