    About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our cybersecurity sales efforts in Delhi. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling complex cybersecurity solutions and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for winning. Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of cybersecurity sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned territory. Account Management: Manage and grow key accounts, building strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders. New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. Sales Process Management: Implement and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficient lead qualification, proposal development, and deal closing. Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales revenue and provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our cybersecurity solutions and their competitive advantages. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and competitive landscape. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a sales team. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and solutions (e.g., network security, endpoint security, cloud security, data security, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Proven ability to generate new business and manage key accounts. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
