Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Python Instructor to teach students in an engaging and practical manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, hands-on experience with practical projects, and the ability to connect Python with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts. As a Python Instructor at REFFTO, you will play a crucial role in developing our students" skills and preparing them for careers in technology. Responsibilities: 1. Teaching and Curriculum Development: Deliver engaging and effective Python programming lessons to college students. Develop and update curriculum materials, including lecture notes, assignments, and projects, to ensure they align with industry standards and trends. Incorporate practical projects into the curriculum to provide hands-on experience and enhance learning. 2. AI Integration: Explain and demonstrate the application of Python in AI, including machine learning, data analysis, and automation. Develop and teach AI-related Python projects that highlight the real-world applications of the language. 3. Student Engagement and Support: Foster a positive and interactive learning environment. Provide one-on-one support and mentorship to students, helping them overcome challenges and succeed in their studies. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to guide their learning progress. 4. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in Python programming, AI, and educational methodologies. Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in teaching Python programming to college students or professionals. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Python programming. o Practical experience with Python projects and the ability to develop real-world applications. o Knowledge of AI concepts and their implementation using Python. Soft Skills: o Excellent communication and presentation skills. o Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for teaching and mentoring. o Ability to engage and inspire students. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with online or blended learning environments. Certifications in Python or AI-related fields. Previous industry experience in AI or related domains.
