Responsibilities Train and fine-tune machine learning models for various applications. Curate, annotate, and preprocess datasets for AI training purposes. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve AI algorithms. Test and validate AI systems to ensure accuracy and reliability. Provide feedback and insights to enhance AI features and functionalities. Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models in real-world scenarios. Document training processes and maintain detailed records of datasets. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies. Preparing and curating high-quality datasets for AI models to train on. Labeling and annotating data to ensure it is suitable for machine learning algorithms. Working with data scientists and engineers to ensure that AI models are trained with relevant and diverse data. Ensuring the AI model learns the correct patterns, avoiding biases and inaccuracies. Monitoring and evaluating the training process to ensure the models are improving and producing accurate results. Fine-tuning AI models by providing feedback and making adjustments based on performance data. Conducting regular performance assessments and generating reports to evaluate the accuracy of AI models. Continuously improving the training process to optimize model performance over time. Collaborating with other teams to ensure AI systems meet business requirements and objectives. Staying updated with the latest AI trends and techniques to continuously enhance training methodologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with data annotation and preprocessing techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
