Job Profile: Key Account Manager

 

Job Responsibility:

The Position will be responsible for:

 

• Establish and maintain productive business relationship with existing customers.
• Ensuring expansion of business with the existing customers by getting repeats / new orders.
• Ability to understand and articulate customers requirements & expectations and settle terms and conditions in favor of business.
• Provide first hand resolution to the customer complaints with the focus on 100% customers satisfaction.
• Inform the management regarding the latest development and threats with the idea to overcome.

 

Desired Candidate:

Any Graduate + MBA with 5+ years of experience in selling flexible packaging products/flexible laminates.
