Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion. Responsibilities Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions Drive Agile methodologies and ensure timely delivery of data engineering initiatives. Provide technical mentorship and manage a small team of data engineers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Data Science or related field 7+ years" of relevant experience Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and solutions architecture. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and big data frameworks (Spark, Kafka, etc.) Experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines. Solid understanding of ML operations (MLOps) and model deployment best practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience managing small teams. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills as well as mentoring ability,
