We are looking for a skilled Communications Manager to manage and enhance communication across multiple digital platforms, ensuring effective engagement and brand consistency. Role Overview As a Communications Manager, you will be responsible for handling direct interactions, customer engagement, and community communication across Telegram, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Substack, Reddit, Discord, and Email Campaigns. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a strong, consistent, and engaging brand voice while fostering relationships with our audience. Key Responsibilities 1.Platform-Specific Communication Management Telegram: Engage with community members, moderate discussions, and respond to queries while maintaining an active and positive atmosphere. X (Twitter): Monitor conversations, reply to mentions and DMs, and participate in trending discussions relevant to the brand. Instagram: Respond to comments, engage with followers through DMs, and support campaign-related communication. Substack: Manage newsletter-related communication, respond to reader queries, and encourage community interactions. Reddit: Participate in subreddit discussions, respond to inquiries, and manage AMAs to build credibility and engagement. Discord: Oversee and moderate discussions, coordinate announcements, and drive community involvement. Email Campaigns: Handle customer inquiries, send follow-ups, and manage outbound communication to ensure maximum engagement. 2.Content & Engagement Develop and implement communication strategies to drive audience engagement. Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all platforms. Work with the marketing team to create responses, FAQs, and engagement scripts. Identify and engage with influencers, thought leaders, and brand advocates. 3.Community Management & Relationship Building Build strong relationships with community members, responding to their queries professionally and in a timely manner. Foster a loyal and engaged online community. Identify key community members and nurture their involvement in brand advocacy. 4.Feedback Collection & Reporting Gather insights from customer interactions and report on sentiment trends. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement. Maintain detailed reports on communication efforts, engagement levels, and response times. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken. 2+ years of experience in community engagement, social media management, or customer communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience handling brand communication across Telegram, X (Twitter), Instagram, Substack, Reddit, Discord, and Email Campaigns. Ability to manage multiple conversations and maintain brand tone. A proactive and customer-centric approach to engagement. Preferred Skills Crisis communication and conflict resolution experience.
