We are looking for an innovative and visionary Creative Head to lead our creative team expertise in design tools such as Adobe Suite and CorelDRAW is required. As a Creative Head, you will spearhead the conceptualization and execution of creative strategies across various media and channels, collaborating with teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with target business. What you will deliver: Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies that align with business goals and brand vision. Analyze industry trends and audience insights to craft compelling, forward-thinking concepts. Develop visually engaging and innovative designs tailored for digital, print, and social media platforms. Ensure all designs resonate with the brands identity and appeal to the target audience. Manage and inspire a team of designers and other creative professionals. Provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative, innovative working environment. Develop guidelines and best practices for consistent branding across all platforms. Partner with other stakeholders to align creative initiatives with overall objectives. Present concepts and campaign strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed. Must Haves for the Role: Proven experience as a head, Art Director, or similar role in an agency or in-house creative team. Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, branding, and design projects. Expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite), video editing softwares. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of storytelling and design trends. Bachelor's degree in design or a related field (Master's preferred).,
