The MERN Stack Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js technologies, along with a strong understanding of software development processes and front-end technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to meet project requirements and deadlines. Create and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end interfaces and ensure robust API design. Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js and optimize front-end performance to enhance user experience. Design and manage MongoDB schemas, implement efficient query handling, and ensure data security and integrity. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and QA engineers, to deliver quality solutions. Perform unit testing and integration testing, identify and fix bugs or performance bottlenecks, and ensure application reliability. Use Git for version control to manage code repositories and deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the MERN stack and propose improvements to development processes and codebases. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Proven experience in developing and maintaining web and mobile applications. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Familiarity with version control systems (Git). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus (ref:hirist.tech),
