Job Description
- We require an Automation Engineer. The candidate should have 4 - 5 years of experience in PLC programming. 1) Developing and Coding:- Should develop logic, test, installation, commissioning, and modification of existing programs. PLC, SCADA, and HMI program. Should have expertise in Phoenix and Mitsubishi PLC, HMI, and SCADA. Should be able to program, test and commission VFD, Servos, MFM, PID controller, etc Should have experience in Delta, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, and Schnieder etc Should know PLC integration with IOT cloud 2) Testing and Troubleshoot Should be able to test, troubleshoot and fault finding in Existing PLC, modify existing PLC program, VFD, Servo, PID, MFM, etc 3) Electrical expertise Should be able to design, develop, and troubleshoot electrical logic. Check the panel and make sure the proper panel is dispatched to the customer with the required document. 4) Site Work:- We are in the service sector, 50% of the job is done onsite. For installation and commissioning, the Engineer is required to go on-site. Candidate should be ready to travel all over the world, onshore and Offshore based on requirements. 5) Leadership Should take complete ownership of the assigned project and coordinate with all the stack holders and complete the project and also should take care of post-installation support. Should communicate with the Client to understand requirements, the problem statements. Should coordinate with the onsite technicians and colleagues for problem rectifications. Should provide support and train subordinate technicians and focus on team development. 6) Qualification:- BE/Btech (Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation and Mechatronic) Min 3-4 years of programming experience 7) Skill required:- PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, MFM, Programming Electrical and Electronic component and logic development knowledge Knowledge of sensor, actuator, Motor, Softer, etc Should know Computer, Database and VB, Networking, etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Yearly bonus Education: Diploma (Required) Experience: total work: 5 years (Required) Selenium: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 03/02/2025,
