Job Description

    Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Sales Head with at least 10 years of experience in industrial automation, automotive electronics, or weighing systems. This role demands a strategic thinker and results-driven professional who will lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence globally. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies tailored to industrial automation, automotive electronics, and weighing controllers. Define sales goals, pricing strategies, and revenue targets aligned with company objectives. 2.Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets for end-of-line automation and IoT-enabled industrial solutions. Build partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and system integrators in the automation and electronics sectors. 3.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Develop training programs to enhance the technical and product knowledge of the team. 4.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships. Act as a consultant to customers, addressing their technical and operational challenges. 5.Industry Expertise: Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes in automation and weighing fields. Provide insights to the product and R&D teams for continuous improvement and innovation. 6.Sales Operations: Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and monitor team performance. Oversee proposals, negotiations, and contract closures to ensure profitability. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Automation, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in sales within industrial automation, automotive electronics, or weighing systems. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B industrial environments. Strong technical acumen in IoT-enabled devices, automation controllers, and weighing solutions. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience working with distributors, OEMs, and international markets is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in embedded systems, PLCs, or SCADA integrations for industrial applications. Knowledge of IoT protocols, industrial communication standards, and weighing automation. MBA in Sales or Marketing is advantageous.
