Ideal Profile We are looking for a passionate and experienced Coding Instructor who specializes in teaching kids (ages 6-16) and has a deep understanding of curriculum development for coding education. If you have a knack for engaging young learners and designing structured learning programs, wed love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Teach Coding & STEM concepts to kids in a fun, interactive, and hands-on manner. Design, structure, and develop an age-appropriate curriculum for coding courses. Create engaging lesson plans, coding exercises, and real-world projects. Conduct both live online & offline sessions (as required). Guide students in learning block-based coding, Python, Scratch, AI, robotics, game development, and web programming. Stay updated with the latest EdTech tools, coding languages, and teaching methodologies. Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate with the team to innovate and enhance the learning experience. Key Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Education, or related fields. Skills & Experience: 2+ years of experience in teaching coding to kids (ages 6-16). Strong knowledge of block-based programming (Scratch, MIT App Inventor), Python, Minecraft Coding, Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and Game Development. Experience in designing a structured curriculum for coding courses. Familiarity with STEM, AI & robotics for kids, and hands-on project-based learning.
