Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Vision Engineer to join our dynamic team. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience with machine vision systems, particularly with Cognex, Omron, and Keyence technologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in optical calculations for selecting suitable lenses, cameras, lights, and filters. Experience with vision applications in robotics and automation is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and effective communication. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: System Design & Implementation: Develop and integrate machine vision systems using Cognex, Omron, and Keyence technologies to detect surface defects, dimensional inconsistencies, and assembly errors. Equipment Selection: Choose appropriate cameras, lenses, and lighting to ensure accurate inspection results. Process Optimization: Streamline sorting processes by integrating real-time defect detection with automated rejection mechanisms, enhancing throughput and reducing waste. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define vision system requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing automation systems. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues in vision systems to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.,
