Job Overview Podar Education Network is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual for the position of STEM Faculty at PIS Solapur. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are enthusiastic about teaching STEM subjects to join our team at Ichalkaranji. As a full-time role, this position requires someone who is eager to contribute to our innovative learning environment and positively impact our students" educational journey. Qualifications And Skills Must possess excellent teaching skills in STEM subjects for Primary and Secondary education. Mandatory skill: Proven expertise as a STEM Faculty with the ability to engage and inspire young learners. Mandatory skill: Experience as a Robotics Teacher who can conduct interactive and innovative robotics classes. Mandatory skill: Competent as a Computer Teacher with the capability to teach computer science concepts effectively. Ability to manage and coordinate the Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) as an Incharge, promoting a culture of creativity and innovation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, parents, and staff effectively. Proficient in developing lesson plans and coursework that align with various educational boards and standards. An understanding of educational methodologies and the ability to implement them in a classroom setting. Roles And Responsibilities Design and deliver effective STEM curriculum and instructional material that meets Podar's standards and educational goals. Engage students in interactive and practical learning experiences in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Instruct and supervise students in robotics, fostering innovation and problem-solving skills. Guide and mentor students in computer science, ensuring comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the subject. Oversee the activities of the Atal Tinkering Lab to spark creativity and facilitate hands-on learning among students. Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance educational delivery and student performance in STEM subjects. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance to support their academic growth. Participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practices.,
