The CIP Rolling Review teams within Client OnBoarding manages the control
framework and oversight of a broad spectrum of firm policies that impact
Institutional on-boarding
process & subsequent AML refresh requirements. They work closely with Policy
& Quality
Assurance team, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Technology teams for
successful
implementation of policy and control oversight to meet regulatory
obligations. The CIP DD / CIP
Rolling Review role is an opportunity for a dynamic and risk-aware
individual to take part in
shaping and ensuring compliance with Client Onboarding's control framework
related to a broad
spectrum of firm policies, including but not limited to Know-Your-Client,
Customer Due Diligence
and Enhanced Due Diligence. The role is part of a global team responsible
for completing the
AML requirements based on regulatory requirements. The successful candidate
will be able to
exercise independent judgment, discretion and purely risk based
decision-making.
RESPONSIBILIITES
1. Liaising with the Client Implementation teams, Clients, Sales on a day to
day basis in order to
fulfil the KYC / AML document requirements.
2. Conduct reviews to ensure adherence to firm policies
3. Collaborate with line teams to ensure sound and consistent practices
across the division
4. Participate and contribute to team initiatives
