Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert in Privileged Access Management (PAM) domain. Perform confidently and authoritatively in the role of PAM Consultant on all Beyond Trust-related technologies in lead or supporting deployment roles. Participate in all Beyond Trust deployment activities, connector configuration, custom rule development, and third-party system integration. Understand, troubleshoot, triage, and diagnose customer reported issues over the phone and via secure screen share. Respond in a timely manner (with published SLA) to incidents and support requests. Host troubleshooting conference calls bridging multiple individuals from Beyond Trust and clients. Test and replicate customer issues as part of troubleshooting process. Update customers and internal teams on progress of customer issues using their technical knowledge and unique solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of PAM configurations, policies, and procedures, and prepare comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure requirements gathered, processes defined, and use cases documented follow out of the box configuration vs. customization as much as possible. Design, implement, and educate on Beyond Trust processes, and least privilege. Participate in and/or lead User Acceptance Testing and bug-related engineering efforts. Remain current on all Beyond Trust and PAM market-related trends, tools, and methodologies. Provide feedback on internal processes required to help train and mentor other Beyond Trust deployment engineers in the PAM COE. Help continue to build and improve the Beyond Trust COE Knowledge Base. Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to educate clients as necessary and internal teams (Technical & Sales) on Beyond Trust technologies. Obtain and evolve technical expertise, certifications, and industry credentials through formal and informal training and other educational initiatives. Candidate must be an independent self-starter able to perform all deployment activities with oversight and as a member of a project team. Responsible for overall client life cycle management from technical sales to delivery. Identify cross-sell & up-sell opportunities across the Services portfolio. Assist the sales team in preparing Proposals & SOW. Perform work successfully with supervisory oversight. Participate in capacity planning and HW specification recommendation efforts. Complete administrative project tasks like time and expense entry, status reporting, and project completion reporting. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications a. 3Yr Diploma / Technical Graduation in IT related fields. b. Certified Implementation Engineer on Beyond Trust (Password Safe) is required. c. Proficient in Beyond Trust and related technologies. Experience in System administration, Rest API, LDAP directories, Active Directory d. Minimum of 3+ years of industry (Beyond Trust) experience e. Experience in leading at least one medium / large PAM implementations. Bonus Point a. Other Beyond trust certifications b. Any other PAM Solution Certifications Key Skills 1. In-depth knowledge of PAM technologies, particularly Beyond Trust. 2. Proficiency in implementing and configuring Beyond Trust solutions 3. Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation and training (for Internal & External team) decks. 4. Willingness to participate in formal and informal training initiatives to enhance technical expertise and maintain relevant certifications. 5. Capacity to work independently as a self-starter, ability to coordinate with external partners and vendors.,
