We seek a results-oriented IT Sales Executive to spearhead our sales efforts for various regions, focusing on mid enterprise customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling IT solutions, a proven track record of closing high-value deals, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT landscape. Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in IT Sales Location: Remote. Education Required: Bachelor or Master degree in business management, sales, or a related field Role & Responsibilities: Execute a comprehensive sales playbook as per the guidance provided by the manager to hunt target customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth across assigned territories or verticals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including IT directors, and other stakeholders. Present IoT and AI based IT solutions tailored to meet client needs, emphasizing ROI and business value. Promote and sell IT solutions, including IoT Solution, Gen AI, Computer Vision, Cloud Managed Services, Product Engineering, and IT infrastructure. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client challenges and propose customized solutions. Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through the sales cycle. Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities, forecast sales, and report progress to leadership. Stay updated on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively. Provide feedback to product teams to refine offerings based on customer needs and market dynamics. Work closely with pre-sales engineers, technical teams, and marketing to deliver compelling presentations and proposals. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction. Achieved and exceeded sales quotas, demonstrating consistent success in closing enterprise-level deals. Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance and market insights. Qualifications and Skills: 3+ years of successful sales experience in IT solutions targeting mid-enterprise customers. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas. Strong knowledge of IT solutions such as cloud services, testing, data engineering, and enterprise software. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot. Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Strong business development and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good hold on communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
