Job Description
- Job Description: Translate the customer s business requirements to define RPA Robotic Process Automation value proposition and solution scope Analyze client processes and identifies RPA opportunities Recommend RPA approach and strategy based on analysis and client RPA maturity Provide continuous advice and best practices to RPA developers and Project Manager related to delivery approach and strategy Key Responsibilities: Lead the design development testing and deployment of complex RPA solutions across various business functions Conduct thorough process analysis to identify automation opportunities define requirements and develop technical specifications 3 years of experience in developing and deploying the RPA solutions and should have good knowledge on any programming knowledge Develop and maintain robust efficient and scalable RPA solutions using industry leading RPA tools and platforms Ensure adherence to best practices and security protocols throughout the RPA development lifecycle Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders technical teams and other internal departments Continuously monitor and evaluate deployed solutions to ensure accuracy efficiency and maintainability Stay up to date with the latest advancements in RPA technology and best practices Generate ideas and implement it to enhance the RPA life cycle velocity or to improve the efficiency of business processes Assist managers during Proposals and preparing SoWs on demand basis whenever required Must be certified on basic and Advance level Certification on any of the RPA tool Automation Anywhere Power Automate UiPath or Blue Prism Technical Requirements: Deep Knowledge and expertise in Ui Path and Automation Anywhere skillsets Additional Responsibilities: Soft Skills Good verbal written communication skills articulate value of AI to business project managers other team members Ability to break complex problem into smaller problems and create hypothesis Innovation and experimentation Preferred Skills: Technology->Robotic Process Automation->Blue Prism,Technology->Robotic Process Automation->Automation Anywhere,Technology->Robotic Process Automation->UIPath,Technology->Robotic Process Automation->Intelligent Process Automation->Kofax RPA,
