Hardware Technicians Job in Nivano Digital @ Kpr sugar apperals

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Technician to join our team at Nivano Digital Technologies. The ideal candidate should have expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computers, laptops, and CCTV surveillance systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing component-level repairs, and providing customer support for technical issues. Key Responsibilities: Computer & Laptop Repair: Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in desktops and laptops. Replace faulty components such as motherboards, RAM, hard drives, power supplies, and laptop screens. Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and essential software. Perform system upgrades and data recovery when needed. Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of computer peripherals like printers, keyboards, and mice. CCTV Installation & Maintenance: Install and configure CCTV surveillance systems, including IP cameras, DVRs, and NVRs. Troubleshoot and repair CCTV cameras, cabling, and networking issues. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of surveillance systems. Set up remote viewing and cloud-based CCTV solutions for customers. Assist clients with technical support and troubleshooting over phone or onsite. Networking & Technical Support: Set up and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks for clients. Configure routers, switches, and network security settings. Identify and resolve connectivity issues in computer and CCTV systems. Assist customers with technical support, both remotely and on-site. Requirements: Experience: Experienced/ Freshers Education: +2 / Diploma /Certification in Computer Hardware & Networking, Electronics, or IT-related field.
