In todays rapidly evolving business environment, the Business Solution Architect is indispensable in facilitating digital transformation and delivering sustainable solutions that enhance operational performance. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for technological enhancement. Design and develop architectural solutions that are scalable and secure. Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment with business goals. Lead cross-functional teams to implement and optimize business solutions. Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or replacements. Document architectural frameworks, standards, and processes. Ensure that solutions adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards. Support the development of project roadmaps and timelines. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle. Integrate new technologies into the existing landscape for enhanced performance. Monitor industry trends to identify innovative solutions and methodologies. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new systems. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving design-related issues. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, ideally in a business environment. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps. Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Familiarity with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of database systems and data modeling principles. Experience with business process modeling and optimization techniques. Strong understanding of information security practices and protocols. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Certifications in architecture or related fields are a plus. Open to continuous learning and professional development. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
