This includes products that manage the care of health system populations, better serve patients at the point of care, reduce health system costs, and reduce clinician workload. Role: C# Software Engineer Responsibilities: Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle Writing well designed, testable, efficient code Practice and implement best practices in every aspect of project deliverable. Ability to thrive under pressure & work in a fast paced, timeline-oriented environment. Writing clean & modular code that adheres to coding standards & best practices. Communicating with both technical & non-technical teams to ensure seamless data exchange between platforms. Work closely with cross-functional teams, project managers & business analysts to ensure integration requirements are well defined & met. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Requirements: Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 2+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions. Strong hands-on development skills utilizing C# Strong architecture and clean coding mindset Information Security and Compliance Responsibilities Maintain compliance with training directives required by the organization pertaining to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy and HIPAA Privacy and Security. Adhere to and comply with the organizations Acceptable Use Policy. Safeguard information system assets by identifying and reporting potential and actual security events to the organizations Security and Compliance Officers.,
