Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to clients PMO governance. Manage development activities and build plans based on business requirements. Follow up with multiple vendors on the development progress of application services and enhancements. Oversee technical support for applications to ensure the highest levels of system performance and availability in accordance with the SLA. Assist in creating, reviewing, updating, implementing, and testing documentation. Conduct requirement gathering and site visits with business users as assigned. Perform technical assessments and collaborate with team members to address audit findings. Work and coordinate with vendors managing and supporting IT applications. Provide project coordination for all assigned projects. Prepare RFPs, BOQs, business cases, and analyses. Ensure the adoption of IT-related terms and processes to comply with IT policies and frameworks, maintaining security and governance. Ensure that application design and integration technical documents are provided and updated by vendors and support teams for all assigned projects. Experience Required: Expertise in security domain technologies and services, including project implementation (IAM, DLP, VAPT, SIEM, SOC, etc.). Familiarity with ISMS standards and terminology. PMP and security-related certifications are required.,
