Job Description
- This is a very hands-on role and requires to code build and deploy models, deploy model monitoring mechanisms. Extensive cross-organization collaboration playing a crucial role in interfacing with various business, IT, Risk and internal DS functions and helping them with identifying opportunities to leverage data assets to build decision support models and tools. Provide oversight to the team managing portfolio risk across MOBs and vintages for the aligned products, focusing on growing and maintaining healthy portfolios of customers through various interventions such as vintage analysis, healthy cross-selling between products, analysis on loss of revenue etc. Work with Telesales, Digital, Marketing & CRM teams on identifying new use cases, PoCs for for up/cross sell, for different marketing and digital campaigns Build advanced analytical models at scale spanning different areas targeting and segmentation models, MMM, RFM, attribution models, next best offer, next best action, voice call (and meta data) analysis, propensity to convert, customer life-time value (CLTV), etc. Responsible for the regular validation as well as new development of the portfolio score & segmentation models through collaboration with regional and global risk analytics team Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding HCIN, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Brainstorm with team and mentor them on building innovative ideas to leverage data and build PoCs, PoVs, gain buy-in from business functions and PoCs and PoVs to production Drive the translation of business use cases to analytics agenda, including data, approach and validation strategy Drive full and thorough documentation of existing and future analytical models, deployment plans, monitoring mechanisms End to end ownership of partnership management, onboarding of new partners. Contract management & billing reconciliation for all the data partners. Market analysis and identification of new data sources useful for business growth/ process improvement. Reaching out and arranging meetings/ sessions for better understanding of offering. Sole responsibility of third-party data partner management (from identification to POC stage to final integration and regular monitoring of data quality). Participate in building POCs with business and data science team, develop functional and technical designs for taking POCs to production, working with teams across DS and data teams at HQ, HCIN and all the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partnership and during the association with third party. Internal and external stakeholders co-ordination and facilitating cordial partnership, with win-win situation for all. Co-ordinating with various internal functions mainly Op-risk, compliance, legal, audit etc. Actively participate in data governance and policy formulation.,
