Job Description Analyzing genetics, epigenetics, metagenomics and metabolomics data coming from high-throughput multiplex assays, using advanced computational techniques Integrating various datasets to address specific biological questions Designing and developing pipelines for statistical genetics programs encompassing basic and translational research Writing manuscripts and contributing to various research studies Managing project deliveries, replying to customer queries and handling custom requirements from customers Senior Bioinformatician Skillset a. Must have basic understanding of molecular biology and Genomics b. Must have hands on experience in NGS data analysis such as RNA-seq, Exome-seq , ChIP-seq and downstream analysis c. Experience in application development or must have expertise in programming using either of Perl/Python d. Experience in designing and developing the bioinformatics pipeline e. Experience in statistical programming using R/Bioconductor/Matlab will be preferred f. Knowledge in WGS, GWAS and population genomics will be preferred g. Should be aware of handling big data and guiding team members on multiple projects simultaneously h. Should have experience coordinating with different groups of clinical research scientist for various projects requirements i. Ability to work with team as well as independently with minimal support,
