- Job Title: Senior Full Stack Web Developer (Team Lead - Fintech Solutions) Location: Dehradun Department: Technology/Development Reports To:Senior Management Position Overview: Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of freshers and interns, guiding them in fintech-specific technologies and best practices. Conduct code reviews, ensure quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team. 2. Development and Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications tailored for the fintech domain. Implement solutions for real-time data processing and high-volume transaction systems. 3. Security and Compliance: Ensure the security of financial data through encryption, tokenisation, and secure authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT). Implement compliance measures for regulations like PCI DSS, AML, KYC, and GDPR. 4. Optimization and Innovation: Optimize web applications for performance, reliability, and scalability. Research and integrate emerging fintech technologies like blockchain, AI, and microservices architecture. Technical Skills Required: Frontend Development: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Backend Development: Advanced knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and serverside development tailored for financial systems. Database Management: Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL for relational data and MongoDB for NoSQL data. API Development: Proficiency in building and securing RESTful and GraphQL APIs for fintech integrations. Authentication & Security: Strong understanding of OAuth, SAML, JWT, tokenization, and multi-factor authentication. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for hosting and scalability. DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation. Testing: Proficiency in testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress for quality assurance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in full stack web development, with at least 2 years in fintech or financial technology solutions. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Emerging Tech: Experience with blockchain technology or AI-powered financial tools is a plus. Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced fintech environment. Lead the development of fintech solutions that impact businesses and consumers.
