- Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 10+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced IoT Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing IoT-based solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in building IoT devices equipped with various sensors for applications such as temperature-controlled vehicle monitoring, cold storage monitoring, and warehouse automation. This role requires a strong understanding of hardware, firmware, and integration with cloud-based systems to enable real-time data capture and automation without the need for manual intervention. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy IoT devices equipped with temperature, humidity, GPS, and other environmental sensors for cold storage and temperature-controlled vehicles. Integrate IoT solutions with WMS (Warehouse Management System) to automate data capture and eliminate manual data entry. Develop and implement edge computing solutions to process data locally and reduce cloud dependency. Work with communication protocols like MQTT, HTTP, CoAP, LoRa, Zigbee, and Modbus for seamless data transmission. Ensure Realtime monitoring and alert mechanisms for temperature deviations and system failures. Design and optimize low-power IoT devices for continuous operation in remote or moving vehicles. Collaborate with software and cloud teams to integrate IoT data into dashboards and analytics platforms. Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of IoT hardware and firmware to ensure reliability. Stay updated with the latest advancements in IoT security, device management, and automation technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IoT device development and sensor integration. Expertise in Microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, etc.). Strong knowledge of firmware development (C, C++, Python, Embedded Linux, RTOS). Hands-on experience with cloud IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT). Experience in wireless communication protocols (WIFI, Bluetooth, LPWAN, 5G, LoRaWAN). Understanding of data logging, analytics, and visualization tools. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and PCB designing experience. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently. Nice to Have: Experience in machine learning applications for predictive maintenance. Knowledge of AI-driven automation for warehouse operations. Previous work on smart cold chain logistics and fleet monitoring.,
