Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and optimize IFS EAM solutions to align with business requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into functional IFS EAM configurations. Provide technical and functional support for IFS EAM, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IFS EAM with other ERP modules and enterprise applications. Develop and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards, and customizations in IFS. Conduct user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of IFS EAM. Perform system upgrades, testing, and documentation of processes and configurations. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational policies. Required Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years of experience working with IFS EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) module. Strong knowledge of IFS Applications 10 / Cloud and asset lifecycle management. Experience in configuring and customizing IFS EAM workflows and reports. Understanding of maintenance management, asset tracking, and predictive maintenance concepts. Ability to work with SQL, PL/SQL, Crystal Reports, IFS Lobby, IFS Data Migration, and other IFS tools. Familiarity with integration of IFS with third-party systems (e.g., IoT, SCADA, EDI). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
