Job Description

The selected candidate will act as primary interface to the customer for technical support on our products and services to achieve our goal of converting design wins to Provides First level tech support at system level to RnD teams across all Actively and consistently seeks new customers within associated focus markets. Visits customers and potential customers to develop relationships, follow up on leads, set grower trials, close sales opportunities, and provide technical information. Manages major accounts; establishes long-term, ongoing relationships with multiple people in a customers organization. Provides feedback to internal teams as well as with sales peers regarding competition, pricing, and marketing opportunities.
