Role Description Develop and implement security policies, standards, and best practices. Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks Threat Detection & Incident Response. Monitor security events and respond to threats in real-time. Lead security incident investigations and coordinate with incident response teams. Conduct root cause analysis and implement remediation plans. Infrastructure & Application Security. Work closely with IT, DevOps, and Engineering teams to integrate security into development and deployment processes. Evaluate and implement security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Identity & Access Management (IAM). Manage user access control, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged account security. Implement least privilege and zero-trust security models. Security Awareness & Training. Conduct security training programs for employees. Promote a culture of security awareness across the organization. Monitoring & Reporting. Maintain security dashboards and generate reports on security incidents and vulnerabilities. Keep up with emerging threats, trends, and security technologies. Hands-on experience with security tools (SIEM, firewalls, EDR, IDS/IPS, etc.). Proficiency in cloud security (AWS, OCI, Azure, Google Cloud).
